1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with RadiantStellar Space for any reason within 60 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 60 calendar days of purchase
- You must provide your order number and purchase email
- The software must not have been used for more than 50 document edits (for fraud prevention)
- You must not have received a previous refund for the same product
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 60 days from purchase
- Change of mind after extensive use (more than 50 document edits)
- Inability to install due to unsupported system requirements (check before purchase)
- Purchases made through unauthorized resellers
- License keys that have been shared, sold, or transferred
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team
4. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Funds are returned to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once processed
- Your license will be deactivated immediately
- You must uninstall the software after receiving your refund
5. Technical Issues Resolution
Before requesting a refund for technical issues:
- Contact our technical support team first
- Allow us 48 hours to resolve your issue
- Most technical issues can be resolved through support
- If we cannot resolve your issue, we will process your refund

7. Chargeback Policy

- Future purchases from your account may be restricted

8. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds beyond 60 days in exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases (accidental double orders)
- Purchases made by minors without authorization
- Documented cases of significant software defects we cannot fix
