Welcome to RadiantStellar Space. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our PDF editor software (the "Software"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Software" refers to RadiantStellar Space PDF editor application.
• "License" refers to your right to use the Software under these Terms.
• "Lifetime License" means perpetual use of the purchased version with free updates for life.
• "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using the Software.

2. License Grant

2.1 Individual License

Purchasing an Individual License grants:

• Perpetual use of the Software on up to 2 personal devices
• Free updates to new versions for the lifetime of the product
• Non-transferable license (cannot be sold or given to others)
• For personal or commercial use by one individual

2.2 Team License

Purchasing a Team License grants:

• Perpetual use for up to 3 designated users
• Each user may install on up to 2 devices
• Free updates to new versions for all users
• Business use permitted for the licensed team
• License manager can reassign licenses within the organization

3. Ownership and Rights

RadiantStellar Space retains all ownership rights to the Software. You purchase a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself. All intellectual property rights remain with RadiantStellar Space.

4. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Share, resell, lease, or sublicense your license
• Use the Software for illegal purposes
• Bypass any license enforcement mechanisms
• Use beyond the permitted number of devices/users

5. System Requirements

The Software requires:

• Windows 10/11 or macOS 10.15+
• 4GB RAM minimum (8GB recommended)
• 500MB free disk space
• Internet connection for activation and updates

It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets these requirements before purchase.

6. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
• Payment is required before license delivery
• We use secure third-party payment processors
• Prices may change, but your purchase price is locked
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your region

7. Updates and Support

7.1 Software Updates

Your lifetime license includes:

• Free updates to new versions (feature updates)
• Free security patches and bug fixes
• Access to update servers for the product lifetime

7.2 Technical Support

Support is provided as follows:

• Individual License: 1 year of priority email support
• Team License: 2 years of priority email and chat support
• After the support period: Community forum support only
• Extended support plans available for purchase

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Software will meet all your requirements
• The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results from using the Software will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not liable for data loss - maintain your own backups
• We are not liable for incompatibility with other software

10. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Request and receive a refund
• Share or transfer your license improperly

Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
